@troed@swecyb.com @dangillmor@mastodon.social read it, thanks. the most thorough comment in it concludes the CMA covers this fully, no new framework needed, LLM involvement irrelevant. note the exact statute itself: s.3(5)(a) says doing an act includes causing an act to be done, and s.3(3) makes recklessness sufficient. the thread and law you pointed me to agrees with me and says you were wrong this whole time. looks like you agree with me now, if that was why you shared the link?
