@robdaemon@hachyderm.io I am! It took me a while to get here, but the truth is I cannot afford to maintain 2 houses (even if one is a more profitable airbnb) on my solo income in a climate like this. I love PS, I will visit a few times a year (hell, I'll be back in August and November this year alone) but I do not need a pied-à-terre here to enjoy it and my appetite for travel is broader than this desert. AND this is enabling a smarter investment move which should put my retirement portfolio in good shape.
