I happened to catch part of Terminator II on TV today and I noticed Arnold's heads up display had a counter for human casualties. It read 0.0.
Which... how do you have partial casualties? What would 2.5 human casualties even look like?

@bruce@darkmoon.social casualties aren't always fatalities, more of a measure of fighting capability. So if foot blisters reduce capability to fight by 50%, that's a 0.5
