@Grumblesock@clew.lol @thefinn@poa.st All the original families (mine was one) were English but some Scots and Scots-Irish came right after, followed by Germans and Czechs and Norwegians. There were always some Mexicans but the population exploded in the 70s.

@LawrenceGerald@poa.st @thefinn@poa.st I must admit I don't have a good timeline for who arrived in the US and when but that sounds about right. Seems a lot of Germans headed to Louisiana for some reason, I met a lot of German descendants down that way.
