@TwoClownsEating@beige.party To be fair, it covers more or less the whole century, so not bad value. If I had to recommend two albums to progress your jazz odyssey, I’d say Brilliant Corners by Thelonius Monk and The Bridge by Sonny Rollins. Also, this video https://youtu.be/62tIvfP9A2w which is shorter than 10 hours.

Also, I'm awful partial to Dizzy Gillespie's 'Afro-Cuban Jazz Moods'. I can't remember when or why I first became aware of it, but ever since I did I've always enjoyed getting lost in it. https://youtu.be/qrsgDzVGsGc
