Aww yiss solar power! 🌞 Always dreamed of having a solar array on a home as a kid.. and I was fortunate enough to realize that dream (both home ownership, and the solar part). And solar is far far ahead of all predicted schedules on lower pricing to be available to all, worldwide. Wish I could say something similarly optimistic about home ownership here, but I can't.

@codinghorror@infosec.exchange lol on my block, in the Mission, two places just sold for 55% and 85% over asking. (Neither had running water on the second floor because they were built before such niceties.)
