I just spent a lot of time trouble-shooting why macos insisted I could only write 25GB to the new external blu ray writer. For some reason it wasn't recognising the disc as dual-layer / 50GB.
I finally realised that what I have is a 50-pack of 25GB discs 🤦♀️
