@pthane@toot.wales My experience tends to suggest this is a hydration / electrolyte issue.
It's hot out there at the moment and you are sleeping in a tin can floating on insulation.
I'd suggest that you need to drink a •lot• more than usual (laying off, or minimising, alcohol & caffeine) but at the same time increase your salt intake, with the easiest way being a couple of bags of plain or salt & vinegar crisps a day.
As much as I hate the 'hydrate' mantra, because it generally has little basis in science, what you are describing does sound like it might be an electrolyte imbalance.

@MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social @pthane@toot.wales Quinine is also supposed o help (Mrs R gets cramps); tonic water is a good source. maybe try to rotate the different kinds of work as well. Otherwise, hope you are enjoying it!
