@rachelplusplus@tech.lgbt Reminds me of the Qubes OS approach (which I vaguely knew about, but found more compelling only after someone I know tried it a year or so ago and posted on his blog about how he manages his own work… but now I can't find the post).

@amenonsen@flipping.rocks I've looked at Qubes before, always seemed interesting but waaaay more complicated than I could deal with for regular usage I suppose what I'm thinking of is an intermediate point between the default of "one user account, everything has access to everything" and full Qubes-style isolation
