Had my physical today, for the first time involving a cardiac stress test. Was worried it would wear me out, but reaching a gate at Dulles airport is definitely much harder.

@mattblaze@federate.social If you have a feel that the 15 minutes you stresstest (YMMV) under oversight might not be a good sample, request wearing a EEG monitor for a few weeks. Wish I had, would have saved me a stroke and a week in the ICU, since my arrythmia was Heisenbergian and didnt show during test.
