@chronovore@infosec.exchange his point was that it's basically impossible for him to end up in front of the ICC no matter what he does, because he's from a country with a reputation for a capable and willing judicial system that doesn't let atrocities slide (as you'd hope of the country that hosts the ICC!); the ICC is a last resort, not the default venue for things that are sufficiently shocking
