@simonbs@mastodon.social I wonder if apple has an app review response time heuristic. Simple updates to my existing apps are often both responded to and accepted within 48 hours.
New apps, or complex changes to existing apps, often seem to require a slightly longer wait before I receive the in review notification.
This all could be in my head. Updates to existing apps are already running in testflight so I don’t really feel any delay.

@imclaren@infosec.exchange @simonbs@mastodon.social For some anecdata: I hotswapped a huge React Native app for a huge native app and the review for the update went through in 3 three hours. The follow up, much smaller, bug fix build has been stuck for 4 days.
