Q2: @MakersHour@cupoftea.social Do you often make something even though somebody could easily buy something functionally equivalent? I do. Often just to save time in buying one, or just to see if I could, and often making it better. I have made a toilet flush lever, light pull cord toggles, handles, brackets, shelving, boxes, etc. #MakersHour

Q2: Do you often make something even though somebody could easily buy something functionally equivalent? A2: All. The. Time. The bath panel I made cost quite a bit more than buying one! That’s just one example from over the years! It’s all part of the fun though! #makershour @MakersHour@cupoftea.social

@MakersHour@cupoftea.social A2: Why buy when I can over-engineer one for myself? #MakersHour
