@neurovagrant@masto.deoan.org Ad-blocking never stopped being a security measure. It's a base required-action to qualify for any anti-hacking insurance policies.

@neurovagrant@masto.deoan.org Would the Ublock Origin Lite have been enough to stop this malware? The lite version is all we've had on Chrome-esque devices since Google asserted manifest 3 "for your own good."
