Eight full hours of sleep (7:57 actually, but that‘s close enough), then taking care of my feet (runner’s toes), warm up, then #running – oooh, it’s hot! 🥵 I didn’t even want to stop for a moment to take pics, it was absolutely glowing outside. But I‘m content with the results. #heat #coros #apex4
