@Janet_52square@sunny.garden @tempusfelix@wehavecookies.social I’ve had there here for twenty years at the house for flower and veg beds. Works well. I should look into installing a solar powered pump to run them off the rain barrel. My biggest issue is forgetting where they are and accidentally severing them when planting, but have found them to be fairly easily repairable. Ideally, will need to install at the allotment, too.

I have been gardening for over thirty years now and only in the last five have I given any thought at all to watering anything that grows in the ground outside. This year it has rapidly become a crisis. Watering was a job easily done by watering cans and confined to pots and greenhouse/polytunnel. Hey ho.
