Even on the surface of it, Boy George's new pro-genocide song is terrible. How does the Reggae beat fit with the theme? The forced rhymes, lyrics that are just silly. The IDF-supporting crowd calls it a 'hopeful' song, but everything about it is either attacking or defensive, depending on the verse. Where's the hope? We will dance again, after the enemy is exterminated? Is that hope?
Mostly though, the song just drones on and on. It's empty - starts nowhere, goes nowhere.
Guess I shouldn't have been surprised reading it was written by AI. George calls it an example of "AI for good" but this song is low skill garbage. You'd think an actual Grammy award-winning, regardless their political views, would recognize that.

@zazzoo@mstdn.ca There's a tiny clip I've been searching for as a reaction gif for years now. Way back, WKRP in Cincinnati. The station is hosting a concert by a new punk band, "Scum of the Earth". They like to be wild and crazy, so any time they get tired of someone or they don't like his answer about something, they toss him out a window or from a moving car, saying "Well, that's it for him, then!" Boy George? AI? Pro-genocide? Well, that's it for him, then!
