Me and Shotcut are having a time today. I have 2 clips that need to be interspersed. Both have separate audio that needs to be merged. The simple solution would be to let me replace the audio track in the video. No go.
Official solution is to export the joined video. Which is cumulatively bad.
I'm trying it anyway but, for whatever reason, it's only getting like a half second of video before pausing the video stream and providing only audio. Rendering that "solution" worthless.
I have a headache.

It turned out to be easier to get FFMPEG installed (and working) on my Mac than it was to solve whatever the issue was with Shotcut. And getting any command line program working on Mac without the benefit of Brew is a flipping nightmare.
