"Why Am I Tired?" checklist: - did you sleep well? (7-9h a night, don't stay up late) - did you hydrate well? (2L water a day) - did you eat well? (without micronutrients your body can't use fuel) - did you exercise? (your mitochondria will literally disappear, even a 5m exercise helps immensely) - are you sick? (feel the lymph nodes on the side of your neck, are they swollen?) - caffeine or sugar crash? - are you stressed or sad? (cortisol and bad emotions drain you and ruins sleep)

    looking at this it may look like a big list, but simply start from the top. Have some water. Eat something healthy. Have some vitamin supplements. It really helps. Sleeping is really important, both for your brain and body. Go to bed on time, because otherwise your body won't know if melatonin and cortisol means sleep or wake. (Blue) Daylight controls melatonin. Try getting up and running in place until you're out of breath. Takes <5m and has a huge impact on energy, especially if done daily.
