Venting
The entitlement of some drivers... This BMW is parked in the hash marks between handicap parking spaces (and no they do not have a disability parking pass)
I see things like this frequently and it drives me up a wall. If I hadn't been so worn out from getting food at Costco, I would have stopped to report it but my knee was done.
