@hal_pomeranz@infosec.exchange I've been messing around with it for the past month or so! my goal is to make living sodas rather than alcoholic drinks, so there's never more than a trivial amount of alcohol in the end product. I just fridge it whenever it's carbonated enough. but you could theoretically ferment it for longer :blobfox3c:
