Ummm… I think I made a knob with too _little_ friction. This is at least an easier starting point than too much friction. I really don’t feel like mucking around with the greases and gels that professional encoders use though. Hmmm.

    @craigjb@fosstodon.org A little bit of silicone grease would give it a nice smooth feel. Need a boot or small o-ring or something to prevent dust and dirt from getting in there and gritting it up though. Check out Mcmaster Carr for o-rings.
