All free software maintainers will be randomly assigned a local user. You must go to their house and watch them install your rust crate, python wheel, flatpak and you must watch them use it all the way through.
If they like it you will be given a cup of tea.
Library maintainers will be assigned a nearby junior developer and script writers will be assigned a fresh faced junior admin.
I don't make the rules, this is just the law now.

@doctormo@floss.social This is how the #Krita developers got an early version of the program working for artists. They invited artists to a sprint and watched them work with it and listened to their comments and complaints.
