Looking forward to seeing how the Supreme Court contorts itself around long-established precedence and the constitution to give this administration a win in limiting mail in ballots.
My guess is they argue the executive order is between his admin, and the USPS totally skirting the issue of states rights (a traditionally Republican position) and clear as day text of article 1 section 4.

I wonder if they could have delivery confirmation to determine which ones USPS refuses to deliver or loses, and then use UPS (or ugh, FedEx) to deliver the remainders? Hmmm.
