Looking forward to seeing how the Supreme Court contorts itself around long-established precedence and the constitution to give this administration a win in limiting mail in ballots.     I wonder if they could have delivery confirmation to determine which ones USPS refuses to deliver or loses, and then use UPS (or ugh, FedEx) to deliver the remainders? Hmmm.
