I wonder if they could have delivery confirmation to determine which ones USPS refuses to deliver or loses, and then use UPS (or ugh, FedEx) to deliver the remainders? Hmmm.

Put a sticker on the non-USPS ones: Just so you know, Republicans wanted to prevent this ballot from being delivered to you. Yes that's dirty. Yes it's deserved. Republicans would get upset not because of the sticker, but because they didn't come up with the idea. ALSO SEE: COVID checks being delayed to get DJT's signature on them, and every Federal website praising gaseous one while bashing all before him.
