i have once again destructively torn a cable out of my frankly ridiculous fullbody tracking harness thing
so now im thinkin about. how can i make this. not. like this

the SmolSlimes tempt me so. i could make twenty of those with some goofy huge batteries (.. for those things, anyways) and swap those out to charge once every few days BUT.. their shortrange 2.4 GHz protocol would not be amenable to house-wandering. hmm
