sometimes there’s something magical about computers. i have a pikvm attached to my main homelab “server”, and i wanted to upgrade the server’s bios, and i didn’t want to find any of my 1 million usb drives, so i created a virtual drive on the pikvm and am exposing it to the server over usb.
this convenience feels fantastic

@waffles@masto.yttrx.com That really does sound quite nice. I've always been a bit sad that I went with "fleet of many small machines" when I'm reminded that pikvm exists. I mean, I could of course connect a second Pi to each of my Pis...😅
