The @homeassistant@fosstodon.org integration was automatic and is one of the best I've seen. You are absolutely not required to send data to AirGradient in any way. If you want to keep everything totally local, you can.
I've decided to contribute my data to the maps because I respect how they've handled all this so well.
The monitors shipped from Thailand to the U.S. in under a week with no extra BS.
I just got this set up today, so no long-term feedback, but so far so good!

@alisynthesis@io.waxandleather.com @homeassistant@fosstodon.org good recommendation. I just bought and connected 2 Ikea indoor monitors to my #homeassistant setup. They run on matter (I'm using an existing matter border router). In HA they work great, with all the data being tracked.
