Italian ice from Philly (i can't remember the name) has been a lifesaver for me. Refreshing, comforting, soothing my belly. Strawberry Lemonade.
A big nap. The kind that leaves you disoriented when you return to earth.
The quiet hum from an oscillating fan keeping me cool while I'm marooned on this couch.
