13 (give or take a few months, memory of it is a bit fuzzy) - which is really young for a schizo disorder. Usually, we get to be mostly 'normal' until we're in our twenties. I honestly consider myself lucky that it happened sooner though - 13 is a good time to not have your shit together, no one expects teenagers to be okay, and there's a lot less responsibilities, it worked out better for me than if I'd been like, 23.     I have very little continuity to whoever the fuck I was before that, most of my memories from before it are hazy - so, it's pretty much the point at which a real sense of "myself" starts.
