US still carrying on about smoke from Canadian wildfires when half their own damn country is also on fire, along with Europe and Siberia, all caused by climate change of which they are a leader in causing and protecting the industry.
From a rhetoric perspective, this kind of manipulation via redirection is very common in politics and business circles. Rather similar to projection, also similar to false flag, the guilty trying to make it look like they're on the high road.
It's transparent and desperate whenever you see it.

@zazzoo@mstdn.ca Now now ! this has nothing to do with climate change. Those Canadian fires are due to Canadians not doing proper housecleaning of our forest. Trump has full rights to complain about Canada not keeping its forests tidy. Consider that in Toronto, it is every igloo owner's responsibility to clear the snow from the sidewalk in front of it. So it goes without saying that it should be every igloo and tee-pee onwer's responsibility to vacuum and rake the forest around the home :-) :-) :-)
