A long morning run. This was a nice one where I didn't push myself too much but just went with the flow.

This week, I'm playing around with my #running to try out some new things in terms of scheduling, frequency, and food and drinks. Test 1 was a run immediately after breakfast. Even though it was actually a nice run and I got to see and old ship (from 1928!), I probably will not do this again... Distance: 7.10k Pace: 5'20" #MastoRunDK #EveryRunHasAPurpose
