Well it was quite the day for wildlife here in far north Queensland :) I stayed at Etty Bay and was rewarded with a 15 min cassowary promenade passing FirstDogonTheMoon's excellent sign and also kind of doing an Abbey Road (Etty Road?) After a drive up the very scenic ranges to Yungaburra I saw a platypus swimming around for approx 30 min. I didn't try to take photos, I just admired how they are so water adapted that with all the swimming and diving not once did I see a splash, the water just flows around them 🥰 #Queensland #FNQ #wildlife #Australia
