Oooo. I'm being recruited. This time, it actually looks genuine. Now to decide whether I want to take a job at the company for which I'm being recruited. Hybrid versus the freedom to not go to an office at all? Hmmmm.

@ppatel@mstdn.social FWIW, I thrived in Hybrid and expired in full Remote. That doesn't mean this will be the case for you, but, being at a different location with your coworkers, to my mind, it builds connection and affinity.
