I don’t think it is, and most working clinicians wouldn’t either. And yes I know and -I don’t care- that one theorist said it was. Newsflash: there are many, many more folks in the field with plenty of expertise than that one person you’ve read about.

And also, that first post? here’s why I switched the words: misinfo is unknowingly spreading stuff that isn’t true or is just a -small- part of a larger truth (like spreading headlines that say "genetic factors found in those who develop ___!!!!” when MOST of the risks of developing ____comes from risk factors in the environment: whether living near toxic dumps or other stuff) Disinfo is persisting in telling that shit, once you should reasonably know it’s inaccurate or not the whole story
