A common thing I hear about Agile is that "when you do it right..." No. Stop. Right there. If your innovation advertises itself as broadly applicable, but fails in practice most of the time, your innovation is a failure, or at best niche. All else is redirecting blame. Most of the time "Agile" in practice is just waterfall with lots of needless tooling, and exhausting and needless human processes.
