@ParadeGrotesque@mastodon.sdf.org could you raise bugs for this please? it's quite frustrating as pkgin itself is fine but occasionally there are issues with the published package sets, especially around atomicity of updates.

I am not in front of the machine right now, but I'll do that reporting later today. Please note that this is 11.0 RC6, so not being able to download packages may be normal? In any case, happy to help!
