I am not in front of the machine right now, but I'll do that reporting later today.
Please note that this is 11.0 RC6, so not being able to download packages may be normal? In any case, happy to help!

@ParadeGrotesque@mastodon.sdf.org @jperkin@federate.me.uk Over the last week, I noticed cdn.netbsd.org seemed to be intermittently available. Switching to a different mirror helped, but then I noticed that pkg_summary.gz was out of date on ftp.netbsd.org resulting in pkgin issues. ftp.fr.netbsd.org got me running with no problems. Looks like other mirrors are working as expected again.
