I saw today that Sex Matters are trying to change the law so that trans people would be effectively guilty of rape under gender deception laws in the UK. The current law on gender deception specifically exempts trans people. Their clever idea is on their hate site. I won't link to it of course. Sex Matters are despicable people. On the one hand, they say bathroom policing by appearance is perfectly fine because you "always know". But then they also push for laws like this, because apparently you don't "always know". You can date someone for weeks or months and not know. Maybe you marry them, adopt kids with them, and you don't know. But if you are in a public toilet, a two-second glance is all you need to "know". #trans #transphobia #ukpol

@SecondUniverse@autistics.life It currently is a defacto offence to be a trans woman, have sex with someone and not tell that person you are trans. If I remember correctly a trans woman has already been convicted of this.
