It currently is a defacto offence to be a trans woman, have sex with someone and not tell that person you are trans.
If I remember correctly a trans woman has already been convicted of this.

@alexadeswift@lgbtqia.space From what I read on the hate site, being trans is a defence. You can be charged, but being trans is taken into account. They want this to change, so being trans is not considered at all.
