@alexadeswift@lgbtqia.space From what I read on the hate site, being trans is a defence. You can be charged, but being trans is taken into account. They want this to change, so being trans is not considered at all.

@SecondUniverse@autistics.life Well, the CPS has already advised that If you are trans, have sex with someone, and do not inform them you are trans then this can be considered and offence. And this is the CPS themselves not just a hate group.
