a question please for people with UV sensitivity who have systemic symptoms (i.e., not just skin symptoms): does it burn your air parts? i spent some time by a sunny window yesterday without thinking (or protecting myself) and now my nose/ears/throat/upper chest and airways BURN. or feel raw? a bit like if i've tried to run in cold air but so much worse. my voice is very weak too and i was coughing a lot earlier just from the irritation in my upper lungs (or the upper parts of my lungs!). i get a similar but much reduced thing with from ozone, but this is ... intense. just wondering if anyone else experiences similar? thank you (and i hope you're feeling ok). (boosts welcome but not obligatory)
