Collecting rainwater is addictive. We have more than we need, even when I was growing veg, we never really got low. We've got a collection of 2nd hand blue plastic barrels and loft water tanks, joined together in series, so we can have several barrels filling from one down pipe. I think it's one of the things we'll take when we move, just to be sure we can collect as much as possible.
(Wishing I could send you some spare water, Janet!)

@suearcher@toot.wales @tempusfelix@wehavecookies.social Yes you’ve done really well with that system. With 5 geese, 9 ducks, 3 ducklings, 12 chickens and a 2.5 acre field thats a lot of water. It is a different sort of consideration and the costs quickly rise when scaling a domestic system up. This is the exciting journey ahead of you!!
