this is now my surgery thread... starting to write this almost 2 months prior
having to go through the pre-surgery information is a bit strange... I'm learning about the various types of general anaesthesia.
I have never experienced a general, so I'm naturally most nervous about this aspect of the surgery.
oh... September 14th... less than 2 months away.

now watching a video that referred to death as being a possible but very unlikely side effect. thanks Parkside Hospital, this is very reassuring. (the video did go on to say the chances of death are lower than driving a car... which isn't as reassuring as they imagine)
