@me_@sueden.social Thanks - but a friend would like to know about the exact circuitry in the ULA, document it, and try to model it. AIUI there are some things about the AVR one they'd like to change or improve.

@philpem@digipres.club Ah, I see. I still need to check out if mine is working (I'm still restoring the mechanical parts of my C5 first). If it's no longer working, I can certainly donate it for the reverse engineering effort.
