can you get to the latch from underneath?
Do you have a second Drawer (rail) which you can make a picture of?

@simon_m@infosec.exchange No, I can't reach it by going under the drawer. And no, I haven't been able to get any of them out, so I dunno the details of what the rails look like. I've tried the obvious stuff like jamming a flathead screwdriver in-between
