  @Fischblog@chaos.social Wir haben uns gerade das Spektrum Kompakt Long Covid & ME/CFS zuschicken lassen und es gefällt uns sehr gut. Unsere Idee ist es, es als argumentatorische Bewaffnung gegenüber Ärzten zu benutzen, die die Krankheit nicht verstehen. Gibt es bei euch Mengenrabatt? Wie viel würden 50, 100, 500 davon kosten? Kann man euch auch Listen von Adressen schicken, an die ihr dann liefert? (Pharmakonzerne schicken ja auch die ganze Zeit ungefragt Sachen an Ärzte, ich sehe da jet...

  Hi all, for our solar installation and the heat pump upgrade I need to move the devices into a dedicated subnet to accommodate future shelly devices with static ip addresses. And I do not want the ips to get lost in case one of the tenants (the whole house is rented to 3 parties) resets their router.   Ich (bzw. wir) brauchen Hilfe. Meine Partnerin hat seit einigen Jahren praktisch Dauerstreit mit einer Krankenkasse. Ich habe jetzt einen Fall, bei dem die Krankenkasse vorgelegte Informationen ignoriert, auf ihr Formular pocht und jetzt viel zu viel Geld verlangt, da das Formular nicht ausgefüllt wurde.   Heute habe ich das Stück "Mephisto" im @theaterulm gesehen, volle Empfehlung. Die Art und Weise, wie die vierte Wand gebrochen wird, aber dann doch nicht, da es ja u.A. um ein Theater geht. Die parallelen zur aktuellen politischen Lage. Die Thematisierung, dass "schweigend zusehen" ebenfalls eine politische Aktion ist, usw usw.   Trumps Niederlage ist gut, aber dass der Iran jetzt Zoll auf die Lieferungen erheben will ist ziemlich gefährlich. Wenn das Regime dadurch stabilisiert und legitimiert wird, dann wird am Ende die Bevölkerung nur mehr darunter leiden. Trump failing is nice, but Iran taxing the shipments through the straight of Hormuz ist not desireable at all. Stabilizing and legitimizing the regime will only make the Iranian people suffer more.
