So here's a thing...
Using a bluetooth dongle, I'm now able to connect my Apple Magic Keyboard, and it works just fine. However, the mappings are kinda screwy, because Apple.
I've worked out that if I shift Windows to a US layout, then most of the mappings fall in line with what's printed on the keys.
Most.
I no longer get £ on this keyboard if I type shift+3, because it's now American. I get # instead. But the keycap has 3, £, and # on it. With a Mac I can type opt+3 to get #, but Windows doesn't use option the way macOS does, so typing that does nothing.
I've installed Powertoys, but am damned if I can figure out how to get it to work.
The investigations continue.

@DJDarren@mendeddrum.org If you can find the Boot Camp drivers from somewhere I believe it does include a United Kingdom (Apple) keymap.
