@baldur@toot.cafe I find that text, video and podcasts are three disjoint audiences, which is why I do all three. The podcast is the video audio. (Sometimes edited.)
You have a good mic, it sounds good, that and Audacity and you have 100% of what you *need* ;-)

I can read an article while I listen to music as a break activity from other things, and that's my preferred method of consumption. Audio or video requires my full attention (and virtually no-one is high bit-rate enough for me to not tune out at 1x - normally I need to turn things up to 1.5x or even 2x to stay with it). It took me far longer than it should have to realize that much of *my own* audience does not share these preferences.
