It printed just fine with tad higher fan speed. I'm assuming a firmware bug.
Noticed another: after the print is finished, the cooling fan never stops and the display still shows a target temperature even when it no longer heats. The fan stops when I manually select cooldown. I'm suspecting the 6.5.7 isn't a good release.

I talked with Prusa support after checking that there were no loose wired on the love board or anything else questionable going on. The guy who answered was instantly familiar with the issue. Apparently they have a faulty set of fan RPM tolerance values in the firmware and it fluctuates enough during normal operation that it'll throw an error at some point on materials that have very low power setting for the print cooling fan. It'll be fixed in a future firmware release, until then I'll just bump the fan to a tad higher setting.
